California Cannabis Business Conference is the first event of its kind, focusing solely on the emerging California market. Cannabis industry leaders, policymakers, entrepreneurs, and newcomers will convene to discuss best practices in emerging topics, brush up on policy issues, and exchange insider secrets.
NCIA was founded on the principle of power in numbers. We continuously work to bring our community together for collaboration and education to strengthen and to elevate the sophistication of the cannabis industry as whole.

NCIA is the only national trade association advancing the interests of the legitimate and responsible cannabis industry. NCIA is leading the campaign to ensure our businesses are treated fairly under federal law.
NCIA members receive exclusive free access to real-time consumer market data through the GreenEdge online portal, brought to members in partnership with BDS Analytics. The portal provides NCIA members with standardized measures of industry sales performance and growth from the four most developed adult retail marijuana markets: Colorado, Washington, and Oregon (more states to come!).
NCIA members stand out in a rapidly growing industry because they are recognized as responsible businesses that have agreed to a basic code of ethics and are invested in the future of the cannabis industry through their support for NCIA’s work. Members are listed in our online membership directory (with higher level members getting preferred placement), which is a go-to resource for industry leaders. Members also receive a digital “member badge” for their website as well as a sticker and certificate to hang in their facility.
NCIA members are eligible for exclusive discounts on products and services within the association’s network. Many members report covering 100% of their membership dues or even a net-savings by joining NCIA and taking advantage of member discounts.
Also:
The National Cannabis Industry Association has been the target of some groups that are trying to take advantage of our growing industry event. California Cannabis Business Conference® participants are getting numerous phone calls and e-mail messages from individuals offering all types of services from fake hotel & travel arrangements to attendee list sales.
Please note that NCIA and its vendors DO NOT sell its exhibitor or attendee lists. Companies who do this are not affiliated with NCIA in any way. Do not click on any links from e-mails from these types of accounts or from any that look suspicious. Fraudulent emails and/or website domains include: “@event-info.org,” “@crmviewdata.com,” “@globaltechleads.com,” “@reachattendees.com,” “@smarsdatasales.com,” “@dataquartr.com,” “@clientreachlist.com,” “@it-techworld.com,” “@reachleadez,” “@emicrobizhub.com,” “@prospex1,” and “@globalpromedia.com”.
The most absurd and frequent solicitations are coming from housing companies for room reservations at our host hotels in the immediate area of the show and alleged list-management companies that claim that they have the NCIA summit and expo attendee lists. If you are contacted about either of these offerings, they are scams! NCIA DOES NOT sell or share our attendee list with contact information.
If you receive a solicitation from a third party or from any person or business that claims to be an authorized vendor or makes it seem as though they are affiliated with NCIA, we ask that you forward the information on to Delaney Duclow ([email protected]) or call 972-349-5973
If you receive a call or email from a third party offering services and you are interested, we ask that you check with Delaney Duclow, ([email protected]) to verify the services before contracting.
